Resumo da série

A sequência e última parte da série altamente popular mais uma vez aborda a história da vida e amor de Takemoto Yuuta, Mayama Takumi e Morita Shinobu. A história continua onde a primeira temporada terminou, após Takemoto fazer sua auto-descoberta viajando ao redor do Japão.
