A American Broadcasting Company (ABC Inc.), grupo de mídia norte-americano com sede em New York. É uma rede de televisão e de rádio dos Estados Unidos, além disso, também pode ser vista através do ABC Family no Canadá. A emissora é de propriedade do grupo Walt Disney, que também possui outra emissora de televisão, o Disney Channel. Os escritórios e os departamentos de esportes e telejornalismo da emissora ficam em New York, enquanto os departamentos de teledramaturgia e programação ficam em Burbank, na Califórnia, ao lado da sede dos Estúdios Walt Disney.

Atualmente, junto com a CBS e a NBC formam o conjunto de emissoras de televisão generalistas que nos anos 80 tiveram o monopólio da audiência televisiva nos EUA.
