Resumo:

Depois do sucesso da aliança de Morgana com Helios, Camelot está mais uma vez nas mãos da feiticeira, enquanto Arthur e Merlin se tornam foras da lei em fuga. Eles se encontram em uma situação desesperadora, presos em Ealdor e com um exército implacável se aproximando. Arthur deve assumir o controle antes que Camelot esteja perdida para sempre, mas sua convicção está perdida diante da traição de Agravaine e a força de Morgana. Mais uma vez, Merlin tem que restaurar a fé de Arthur com um ato extraordinário que vai provar ao rei que ele nasceu para governar.
